You have two main options to staff your vault, either get people from the outside or raise them from within. The closer the link between your employee and their task the more productive and happier they are. The war for talent never changes: Like any organisation your vault will require people to be successful. So how do you keep your people happy? Paying attention to their needs, matching the person with a job that suits them, providing support and the resources necessary to do their job all goes a long way. In real life the benefits are even more pronounced. This helps things go smoothly and generally just makes your job a hell of a lot easier. The better the match between person and job, the happier and more productive they are. Happy workers are productive workers: In the game the key to success is keeping your workforce happy and matching their skills to the tasks that need to be done. Here are some of the things I was reminded off while building a vault. Perhaps there is even something to be learnt from this simple pastime.
